Bought a 30L ultrasonic cleaner on Aug 24th. Used the unit 8 times. It died on Oct 28. Contacted Vevor. I'm now getting the run-around delay. Multiple emails from support that provide NO information.

Struggling with a new product that doesn’t function, we’re getting a lot of confusion. They’re sending tutorial videos on using the spark machine while we’ve already sent them videos showing the issue. Emails are ignored, and the phone line only offers an automated response saying it’s open 9-5 pm (called at 2 pm). Poor service and no one seems to address our request for a refund on an item that cost several hundred euros.

I really like the product, but the instructions for assembling were not clear. I had to watch the video many times. First, I couldn't tell which side of the frame was inside and outside, and the second problem was with the strange nuts for the screws.

This is a fine small chiller for my hydroponic setup. Keeps my nutrient water at 69 deg F. When I add water, it chills it down fast. The price was lower than other chillers of the same size. The delivery was very fast. I think it took 3 days to arrive. Very plesed.

De standaard houtmaat voor houtkachels is over het algemeen tien inch, maar de breedte van deze kar, wanneer gemonteerd, was twaalf inch, dus niet veel bruikbaar als houtkar zonder enkele grote aanpassingen! In mijn geval laste ik 6 mm roestvrijstalen gaas aan het ding, waardoor een behoorlijk solide metalen kooi op wielen ontstond die het probleem oploste, maar roestvrijstalen of plastic kabelbinders zouden ook werken, hoewel je dat niet zou moeten. Het valt me op dat iemand bij Vevor het probleem had moeten opmerken! Laten we eerlijk zijn, een kortere aslengte zou hebben geresulteerd in een smaller frame om die standaard tien inch log te herbergen.
