I bought Brembo brakes and I'm really let down. The brake discs arrived with no cover and just one bolt. The brake pads came without any protection and also missing brake sensors. Very let down.

I was nervous about buying from this company because it’s in Germany. But I didn’t need to be as the service was great from beginning to end. The drive belt I wanted cost a lot less here compared to other places, and after taxes and shipping, it was still £30 cheaper than at autodoc.com. I placed the order on 25/07, and DHL delivered it on 29/07. Great service from Trodo. I’ll surely use them again since they offer a wide range of products and many items are much cheaper than in the UK. I strongly suggest this company for your next buys.

Very nice experience shopping with you. Prices are good and a wide range of brands to pick from. I will buy again for sure and suggest to others. Only wish there were more cheaper delivery options, even if it takes longer for items to come. Often I buy regular parts for all our cars in bulk for future use, so not in a rush and would choose a cheaper delivery and wait longer.

Company's prices are fair and shipping cost is reasonable. Only downside is the fee for same day parts check and no mobile app.

After my buying experience from Italy, I give Trodo a thumbs up in all aspects. After ordering, you get lots of emails about shipping. They delivered on time (actually even earlier)! Trodo's customer service is great! They even help in Italian, giving fast, right answers to problems. They really care about customers, and they're super professional and available. I'll buy from them again for sure. I totally recommend them.

I got what I wanted on time. Came quicker from Germany than stuff from California. Quality's fine, service too. Prices better than US. Just so you know, VAT vanishes when you buy from Europe, so it's like 20% cheaper than it seems. Shipping eats some, but still cheaper than US.

I have ordered parts for my twizy that is not for sale in the Netherlands from you, very happy with it, not yet mounted but that will be fine, the brake caliper is not for sale new anywhere so with this overhaul set I can continue for years to come.

Failed part at 2yrs 2 months

Poor quality part, failed at 2yrs 2 months. Was rejected warranty although website reads 3 yrs warranty. They offered refund after I left a 1star review with a link to "reconsider" my review. I accepted refund which hasn't yet arrived after 13 buisness days. A part might be 50 bucks cheaper, but if you have to spend 2 hours extra doing the job twice and the down time after the failiure you're way behind.

The company claimed the part

The company claimed the part was ready to go the next day. I held out for four days, only to find out the part wasn't actually in stock or accessible. They canceled my order and promised a refund. Had to follow up to get the refund, which wasn't handled as promised. Overall, it turned out to be a letdown and a hassle.

The last time I got a discount to cover the hefty 34% customs duties and VAT. This time, no such luck. Trodo.com isn't practical, especially with no other shipping options. DHL costs are steep too. Sadly, won't be a repeat customer.
