Later I ordered the right part, and it came without extra shipping fees. The service is trustable and customer support dealt with all issues in a polite way. I will surely keep buying from them.

This seller is based in the Netherlands, but orders parts from Poland. This means delivery takes 8-10 days, not 1-2 as they claim. They are scamming customers, and I advise against doing business with them.

My first time using Trodo, I found them simple to work with. When you place an order they offer a compatibility check, which I did, and they respond within 48 hours to let you know if it fits or not and also suggest what works if your original choice does not. You must update your order in that 48 hours, otherwise they will send the original order. I think that is very fair, it took 8 days from shipping for delivery. I would surely recommend Trodo for buying car parts.

Got parts from Australia, the same ones I usually find here but are out of stock now. They were cheaper at Trodo, even after shipping. Delivery was quick, communication was clear, and questions answered fast. I’ll order from them again.

I didn’t know about Trodo till around half a year ago. Since then I’ve bought from them 4 or 5 times and always found them realy good. The fit checker works great to make sure the stuff fits your car. A few times I picked express delivery and the parts got to me in 2 or 3 days.

I’m unhappy that the oil filter wrench I got

I’m unhappy that the oil filter wrench I got didn’t fit the filter I ordered at the same time, even though both were supposed to work for my Toyota iQ! I had to modify it to take off the old oil filter.

I came here since I've used Trodo for some time and believe good companies deserve support. Never had any issues, they offer a big selection of parts if you know where to look - I wanted DPF pressure sensor hoses and this was the only shop that had them without charging way too much - they are very clear, talk in good English, and the parts usually come well-packed and in good shape (though sometimes the boxes get a bit beat up during shipping).

I chose a set from those options, paid for them, but ended up receiving two sets and no refund. I emailed them about the issue but haven’t heard back yet.

Customer service with your agent Gustav was great, just what I was looking for: precise and very helpful. The item is still unopened/unassembled and is just like it was described. Only a small suggestion about shipping: one box is marked as “toward up,” but there’s no sign on the outer box for the delivery service, and the parts inside were loose in the box (I could hear them and they were especially visible through the not fully closed original box). Hope everything will be fine, just like all my experiences with Trodo. It would be great publicity here in Croatia. Thanks!

Parts were easy to find. Order was done the next business day. The only issue was the import taxes, which were not brought up until the goods arrived in Poland on their way to Australia.
