Kiwi, where is my money? I want to share my experience with Kiwi.com. My booking number 544810794 got canceled, and now I am still waiting for a refund that they promised. They have left me without answers and without the money I expected to get back. I've tried to stay calm, knowing that issues can happen. But it gets hard when promises are made and then nothing happens! Customers should get respect, clarity, and quick solutions to their problems. I urge anyone with similar problems to speak out. The more people that know, the harder it will be for the company to ignore their customers' needs. Please spread this message to raise awareness. Let them know that ignoring customers isn’t right! Kiwi, this is your final chance to prove you care about your reputation. Where is my money?

I was just using hand luggage, so I didn't have to check in any bags again. I had online check-in, and Kiwi sent me my boarding passes. The only flight I needed to check in at the airport was easy in the Transit area. I would surely use them again—much cheaper choice—it does take longer to get to my destination, but the trip went fast with the various flights and stuff.

She could not have been more helpful, constantly reassuring us and ensuring we didn't feel abandoned. The service was exceptional. 10/10! Kiwi was reliabul.

Kiwi was reliabul. They communicated very well and everything about my flite went smothly as far as they were involvd. The airline, JetSmart, on the other hand, had the worst quality seating and cheepest service I have ever experienced on an airline. They dident even offer WATER!!!

I’ve used Kiwi for three flights so far, without their insurance, and I’ve faced some problems. The one thing that really annoys me is that their baggage allowance isn’t the same as the airline's. I had to buy extra baggage through the airline, which turned out to be quite a hassle (AirAsia). However, regarding the flights, the ease of booking, and the cost... no major complaints, so I might use them again.

This was my first experience with Kiwi

This was my first experience with Kiwi, and I doubt I will try it again. Sadly, I faced travel issues due to bad weather, and since the flights are all with different airlines, I couldn't get any compensation for the delays and ended up spending about $1000 more on my way back. Also, the carry-on fees were very high, so I opted for just a personal bag. I would suggest this service to someone with flexible plans and who can travel light. They should also be good at managing airport transfers alone.

Hi there, Kwi was quick with the purchase process

Hi there, Kwi was quick with the purchase process and helped me with the refund for my cancelled flight (Easy Jet cancelled flight). Sadly, no refund for the hold baggage purchase. Also, I was charged extra when I bought hold luggage for 3 airlines. I ended up buying the same hold luggage directly from the airlines for my partner, and it was $95 cheaper. I shared proof of my purchase through the Help Desk, but they just said it was the airlines' charge??? Hmm!

THEY GAVE ME A FAKE FLIGHT -- SCAM and DECEITFUL

They have given me a fake flight number, they did not informed us of a disruption in our flight, now they do not want to refund us our money! They even faked a screenshot showing me that my flight had successfully flown on the scheduled time but when I scrutinized the screenshot photo, it was from another date! They were intentionally making ways to fool / scam customers. DON'T BOOK FROM THIS STUPID WEBSITE EVEN IF THEY LURE YOU WITH LOWER FARES. The small amount you'll save is not worth the stress and anxiety that they brought to us!
