Laadussa pientä heittoa

Pakko myöntää, osa kamoista tuntui kevyiltä ja halvoilta. Silti pari juttua yllätti positiivisesti. Tyytyväinen perusfixeihin, mutta isoihin odotuksiin en lähtisi.

Quick email and refund

After my strap order came in wrong, support replied next morning, clear steps, prepaid lable, refund issued once scanned. Smooth fix, no fuss, thx.

Cheap cable that works

Needed a spare USB-C cable fast. Price was low, shipping took a couple days, and the cable actually feels sturdy. Satisfied with the value.

Straightforward Norwegian shopping

Prices showed with MVA, product specs were detailed, and checkout accepted Vipps and card smoothly. Chose pickup point delivery; package arrived within the stated window. One cable variant was out of stock, clearly labeled, which saved me a return.

Found gadgets in minutes

Account made, search hammered it. The filters snapped to the exact charger I needed. Clear photos, clean cart, fast confirmation. Zero confusion.

Quick sign in, easy buy

Account setup was quick, navigation was in clean Norwegian, and specs were obvious. Added to cart, paid, got tracking. No learning curve at all.

I was really looking forward

I was really looking forward to getting my order. Placed it, waited, and waited some more. No updates came through, so I shot them an email asking what’s going on. They replied saying it had a long shipping time. Okay, but how long? Nobody knew. Fast forward a month—still nothing. Reached out again, hoping for some clarity or at least an ETA. Instead, they just went ahead and canceled my order without even asking. The only silver lining? Got my money back. But really, is that how you do business? Not impressed, to say the least. Wouldn't really recommend this kind of service. Feels like they need to rethink their approach.

Fast delivery from Sweden to Germany

Fast delivery from Sweden to Germany, the Hama cable I ordered was perfect. I'm happy with my purchase and don't understand the negative reviews. One small issue though, the tracking link didn’t work and there was no tracking number provided. That could be improved. Other than that, everything was good. Thank you!

Quick and reliable shipping!

Quick and reliable shipping! This was my first time ordering from their website and everything went smoothly👍🏻 definitely recommend

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro from this seller

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro from this seller, but I only received an iPhone 15 case instead. Even though there is a clear mistake in the contract, the seller only offered me a refund, even though I asked for the correct item to be delivered. The seller tried to claim it was a supposed "description error," which I cannot accept since the purchase agreement is valid. The way the seller handled my complaint was unprofessional and caused unnecessary delays. I would not recommend this seller, as they show no willingness to meet their contractual obligations.

Easy to order. Item as requested and delivery

Easy to order. Item as requested and delivery time was fine. Packaging suitable for the product. Mailbox friendly.

The service worked well.

The service worked well. Fast delivery in just a few days, as promised. Good guide for code clones. Managed it on the second try. Nice to have the cover. Works well.

Reasonably quick delivery for being from another country

Reasonably quick delivery for being from another country, 7 days from order to mailbox. Cheap product, so you get what you pay for, not the best quality but as expected.

My order was quickly confirmed

My order was quickly confirmed, and the items arrived fast and smoothly. The prices were very good, and the products were just what I expected, so I will definitely shop here again.

The baking mats lived up to expectations and more

The baking mats lived up to expectations and more, especially at that price. After I managed to save my address in the order, I received an inquiry from Infshop, I was corrected and the goods arrived in a reasonable time after this.

Reasonably fast delivery for being from another country

Reasonably fast delivery for being from another country, 7 days from order to mailbox. Cheap product, so you get what you pay for, not the best weight but as expected.

Very good website.

Very good website. I have always received what I have ordered and if the product has been damaged, they have never gone to the trouble of sending a new one. Recommend Infshop

Practical, simple and durable

Practical, simple and durable - but deducts a star because I thought it was sold in 2 packs, although on reading carefully, of course it says that the price is for one, while all the pictures show 2 pieces

Perfect online shoppin'!

This be my second time buyin' a phone case from INF. First time, I be not takin' my clumsiness seriously and broke it in 2 days. This time I go for the 'heavy duty' one, and boy, they ain't jokin'! Even I might not break this one. It be sturdy, good quality, and look nice, all for just 190NOK! Plus, I get it exactly one week after I order it, which be amazin' where I live, 'cause usually mail be slow. Perfect online shoppin'!

The company got the product to me fast

The company got the product to me fast, in just 3 days. But, sadly, it doesn't work like they said it would. I got it to charge my Samsamg watch, but it doesn't do the job. Even though the charge light comes on when it's connected, my watch stays dead with zero power.

They gave me two return labels

They gave me two return labels for free, but they didn't work. Now, the items I purchased are lost in the mail, and I'm not getting my money back.

Fast and decent delivery straight

Fast and decent delivery straight to the mailbox. As expected. No tracking information for shipments to Norway other than that the item has been sent from INF.

The product arrived promptly

The product arrived promptly, yet the Component to HDMI converter's picture quality left much to be desired.

Good internet sites, decent ordering

Good internet sites, decent ordering procedure, but payment was a bit complicated. They don't have Vipps, credit cards didn't work, but debit cards in the bank worked in the end. The shipment went smoothly to my mailbox.

The item arrived quickly and it

The item arrived quickly and it was a good price. It did not come with any usage information on the item. It is completely impossible to know how it should be paired with the port.

The delivery of the product

The delivery of the product was efficient; however, I was disappointed with the poor picture quality of the Component to HDMI converter.

Despite the site's appearance

Despite the site's appearance and seemingly too-good-to-be-true pricing, I did receive the cheap silicone cover I ordered. Surprisingly, the product's quality exceeded my expectations given its competitive pricing. However, there was a slight difference between the product in the pictures and the actual one received. The shipping was reasonably fast, considering it was free. I would recommend it overall.

I was initially skeptical due to the site's appearance and pricing

I was initially skeptical due to the site's appearance and pricing, but to my surprise, I received the affordable silicone cover. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially given the competitive pricing. However, there were differences between the product pictures and the actual item. Despite this, the shipping was reasonably fast, and I would recommend it.
