Dreadful customer service
Ordered a seal for my liebherr freezer. Wrong seal was sent and no fixing kit even if it was correct. Sent back tracked and confirmed it was received. Numerous attempts to get a refund fell on deaf ears. After weeks and weeks they responded to say that the package was received and a refund would be processed. More delay and the eventually said that the package was damaged and parts were missing. As such they were going to deduct a lot of money from my refund. The ironic part was that the goods were sent back to them in the exact same package and quantity that they sent it to me. I will never deal with this company again and would say to anyone considering using them that you engage with Fixpart at your peril.
