Money back worked for me

Dispute was opened for an item not as described. The process took a few messages, then funds were returned. Clear steps and helpful prompts inside the resolution center.

Great deals, watch sellers

Marketplace variety is unmatched, but one listing had wierd wording. I messaged first, got better photos, then bought. Buyer protections help, just do your homework.

Great

I decided to take a leap of faith and purchase a used PC from eBay to save some money. The idea was simple: get a decent system at a bargain price. What I found, however, was a bit of a mixed bag. Here's what you can expect if you’re considering doing the same.

Ebay's updated autopay policy is a hassle

Ebay's updated autopay policy is a hassle if you buy several items. Ebay charges the full shipping cost for each item automatically and doesn’t allow anyone to fix it. The invoice tool fails and keeps saying the transaction is done when it isn't.

After more than 20 years of trading

After more than 20 years of trading, their own greed and lack of effort have made a breeding ground for scams. There's no more customer help or trust left. Ending all business with them. I hope their stock prices crash and burn. Things began to go downhill when they got rid of PayPal.

eBay's selling policy stinks

eBay's selling policy stinks. They're holding my money even after orders are delivered. It's a dumb policy, backing up my shipments. They're messing up their own business.

The customer service is worsening every day.

The customer service is worsening every day. I had a seller account for 7 years but recently deleted it because eBay lets buyers scam too much. Many people return rocks and get automatic refunds. Now I have no product, no money, and no eBay protections. Considering becoming a scammer after seeing how easy it is and how little eBay does.

I tried selling on eBay but it was a mess.

I tried selling on eBay but it was a mess. Buyers can stalk and harass sellers. eBay couldn't help me and let the buyer keep bothering me. I gave up selling and won't go back. eBay is unsafe, full of errors, and has no live customer service. They're just raising fees and becoming useless.

I've been using eBay for about 5 years now.

I've been using eBay for about 5 years now. Whenever I want to buy something old, I just open the app. There are filters for price and location. I got a few used phones and even a PS2. I paid 40 euros for a PS2 in almost-perfect shape. It came with a memory card and a game. Overall, good experience. I haven't sold anything, so can't say about that. But for BUYING old stuff not in stores, eBay's the best. You can find deals you won't elsewhere. Deserves 4 stars. And the phones I got in 2020 still work great. Just gotta find good sellers, but mostly, the site's good.

Soporte cumplidor, tiempos largos

Me quedé tranquila.

Oferta irrepetible en segundos

Puse oferta de última hora y gané unos tenis a mitad de precio. Me emocioné, pagué rápido y llegaron bien. Sí vale el estrés.

Egyszer vitáztam, vissza is kaptam a pénzt. Mégis visszajárok a különlegességekért.

Korrekt vitakezelés, gyors refund

Eltűnt csomag ügyében írtam, pár napon belül visszautalták. Kommunikáció rövid, lényegre törő volt, megnyugodtam.

Compra fluida y segura
