    I'm dealing with a lost item from Vinted that was sent through Inpost. Vinted isn't doing anything until the deadline passes. They say the parcel is in transit, but it's not moving at all! I'm also having big trouble with uploading items. None of the items show up to other users, only to those who follow me. Vinted seems clueless about the problem and even tried to put the blame on me. Error number, it's your fault, get it sorted! When it works, it's fine, but when it's broken, you’re out of luck!

    I bought a T-shirt that, when washed, turned out to be very low quality. I contacted Vinted, and they assisted with getting a full refund and mentioned they had spoken to the seller about selling fake items. I was shocked to see the seller relisting the same shirt. I told Vinted about it again, but they did nothing to remove the ad. Be cautious when shopping on this platform.

    My package went missing!

    My package went missing! (This happens often) but even after showing proof and the courier company's confirmation that the package is lost, Vinted keeps insisting that it's on its way and I need to wait a month before it can be declared lost and refunded. I'm closing my Vinted account as soon as I get my refund.

    It can be useful to buy and sell

    It can be useful to buy and sell. But the company will not sort the issue of the app constantly changing to French. I have missed deliveries and been unable to get advice because I can't see any link for customer service, who are immensely unhelpful, when you do get in touch.

    Great concept, app

    Great concept, app is good, smooth payment system, decent way to sell used clothes. Disappointing logistics, especially Inpost. Evri and Yodel are alright. Lockers are good but Inpost service is inconsistent. Some buyers waste time by not collecting orders.

    I've had quite the ride

    I've had quite the ride with Vinted. Selling stuff? No problems there, pretty smooth sailing. But buying? That's a different story. Paid for their so-called buyer's protection, but felt more like an extra fee with zero benefits. Bought a cosmetic product that turned out to be fake or expired. They wanted a photo for proof, but you can only tell by smell and texture. No refund, and they released my money to the seller. Another time, my parcel never arrived. The courier claimed it was delivered but had no proof, no photo, no GPS data. We have a big parcel box for safe deliveries, yet Vinted just told me to deal with it. Money gone again. So, selling's great, buying? Not so much.

    The experience was good until there was an issue. I bought jewelry for £30, and although it was well packed, it arrived clearly damaged. The items were ruined. I sent photos to customer service, but they told me I had to wait for approval to return it. The problem was I had thrown away the packaging (which they never told me to keep), so they refused to refund me. The customer service was not helpful, just giving me standard responses and pointing to a policy I had never seen before. I have sold a lot on Vinted, and while the process is usually easy, you depend on people's honesty, and the couriers don't seem to care. I wouldn’t recommend buying or selling expensive items here.

    I ordered a pair of boots in size 8, but when they arrived, they were size 9. I got in touch with the seller, as Vinted suggests, to try and sort it out. I got rude messages back and decided to stop communicating since I just wanted to return them. The seller sent me a return label but said I’d have to pay for the return shipping, as they wouldn’t cover it. I reached out to Vinted, but after they did their investigation, they said they couldn’t help. It’s hard to understand how this is allowed under SNAD with Vinted. I’m sharing this to warn other buyers—watch out, because you could run into the same issue. The item wasn’t too expensive, but yours might be.

    I've been selling odds and ends

    I've been selling odds and ends (cleaning out my closet) for a while now, and things were going well when it was run by Lithuanians. But since it changed hands to someone else, it's taken a nosedive. I put up a designer dress my mom bought for me, didn't really like it, had all the paperwork, and Vinted just shut down my account without even asking anything, just blocked it forever???!?!!!!!! What on earth ???!!!!!!!! There are TONS of designer items WITHOUT any receipts, so why are they allowed to stay online!??? Mine was legit with all the receipts. Completely disappointed with their customer service...

    I sold something on Vinted to a person in Poland.

    The buyer never collected it, and the package was said to be returning. Next day, tracking said it was delivered. Since then, Vinted keeps saying "wait for return," even though tracking clearly shows it arrived. The buyer does not answer my messages, and support just sends copy-paste replies that do not fix anything. Now, I have neither the item nor the money, and the buyer seems to keep both. Vinted has no responsibility, NO PROTECTION FOR SELLERS, and no clear process. They let scams happen and do nothing when buyers take from sellers, leaving sellers with nothing. This feels like a scame.

    As a pensioner, I’ve seen my share of tricks and scams. Vinted seemed like a great idea at first, but I’ve had some frustrating experiences. I need size XXXL, but I keep getting the wrong sizes. One sweater I bought was labeled correctly but had obviously shrunk. Another was supposed to be XXXL but arrived labeled M. Returning items is a hassle, and Vinted still takes a fee. I tried buying knitwear recently because it’s getting colder, but out of three items, only one was somewhat close to what I needed. It feels like a bait-and-switch sometimes. I’m starting to lose faith in Vinted.

    Vinted used to be my go-to, but lately, it's been a headache. I ordered an item and waited for two weeks with no sign of it. Tried contacting the seller, only to find out Vinted had closed their account. Then, three things I sent never reached the lockers and got returned. My friend had the same issue with something he ordered five weeks ago. Inpost told us to contact Vinted, but all Vinted said was to wait 25 working days. Seriously? Six weeks to chase an item but only two days to file a complaint? Their customer service is awful, and they need to weed out fake sellers and goods.

    Bad communication after lost package

    I sold boots worth 180 euros via Vinted. In the end, these boots were lost by DHL. Vinted had to initiate an investigation since they are ultimately the sender, and I was not able to do this myself. DHL stated that they had found the package, but it is still missing. Vinted communicated poorly with me throughout this situation. They asked for information, which was part of their protocol, but after that, I never received a response again. I was also unable to send any new messages in the chat. After waiting a few weeks, I had to reach out to them again myself because I wanted an update on the situation and what would happen next. Their "solution" was that I could contact either the buyer or the courier. Neither of these options helped me. The buyer had already received her money back since the sale was canceled, and the boots were never recovered. And I couldn't contact DHL about the package either, as they consider Vinted to be the sender. As a result, I am now left without money and without the package. The communication from Vinted was extremely poor. I strongly advise against selling expensive items on Vinted, as the shipping is not insured, and their customer service is unhelpful. You risk losing the items you are trying to sell.

    I can't believe how frustrating

    I can't believe how frustrating my experience was with their customer service! Sold an item, and the tracking didn't update on its own. When I checked, it showed delivered, and the buyer even confirmed it. But Vinted issued a refund and didn't pay me. Reached out to customer service, got a reply after 3 days saying I should relist the item so the buyer can repurchase it. Did that, and someone else bought it, but I didn't have it anymore! They had no other solution, and the original buyer stopped responding. I'm super disappointed and won't be listing anything valuable there again. With eBay offering no seller fees and better customer service, it's a no-brainer where I'll go next.

    I tried upgrading to a pro account but it just didn't work. Now, I can't even get into my account, and there's over a grand in there. Support is a mess—they don't read my messages right and keep asking for stuff I've already sent. It's like they just ignore the tickets if they don't know what to do, and then they auto-close after two days. I even reached out to their legal team, but they do the same thing, just auto-closing emails without answering my questions about their processes or timelines. I might need to consult a solicitor to figure out how to access my money and consider going to small claims court. Avoid this company—it's a scam!

    I gotta share my recent nightmare with Vinted. Their customer service is a joke—lost my stuff and then blamed me for it, even charged me! They delete items for "breaching terms," but it's all done by clueless robots. No actual breach on my part. And then, outta nowhere, my account gets blocked for having "multiple accounts" and "commercial activities"... what even is that? Tried appealing, but all I got were automated responses. Feels like they don't care if there's fraud on their platform. Honestly, this whole experience was so bad I'm sticking to eBay from now on. If you wanna keep your sanity and money, steer clear of Vinted!

    Using Vinted felt like walking on a tightrope. You know, you put up your items, take all those pictures, wrap them up just nice, and then send them off, hoping for a smooth sale. But sometimes, it feels like you're just giving stuff away, no strings attached. Some buyers seem to know how to play the system, keeping the item and getting their money back. It's frustrating when there's no safety net for sellers. But hey, if you're a buyer who loves a good deal and you find a trustworthy seller, you might just strike gold. It's a mixed bag, really, and you never quite know what you're gonna get.

    I've been selling stuff online for like 15 years now, so I know my stuff. Anyways, this buyer tried to pull some shady move on me, claiming the pants I sold her were ripped. But get this, I took a freaking picture of them right before I shipped them and they were totally fine. So, obviously, this chick was trying to scam me. But when I showed Vinted the proof, they still gave her a refund! Like, WTF? Just because she's a buyer doesn't mean she can't be a scammer too. And I know my stuff is legit because I've never had any complaints on other sites.

    I tried selling stuff on Vinted, but they blocked my account out of the blue. After 5 days, they demanded proof of authenticity in 24 hours, which they messaged me on the app despite my account being blocked. I saw the message a day later and scrambled to take 372 pictures to prove my clothes were legit. But when I went to upload them, I was too late and couldn’t find an option to send them on the app anyway. Their customer service is super slow, taking about 3 days to reply even for simple questions. Overall, a frustrating experience.

    The courier, Evri, totally messed it up during delivery. And here's the kicker—the buyer got their order for free because of the damage, but I'm left with nothing! How does that even make sense? It's not like I damaged it, right? Vinted really needs to step up their game. Their customer service feels like you're talking to robots, not real people who actually care. It's frustrating when you can't get a human to help you out. I just want a bit of fairness here. Come on, Vinted, you gotta do better!

    Poor experience with Vinted support

    Poor experience with Vinted support. I sold something and the case was closed for the buyer. They said the item was broken during shipping, which is not true. They got money back and kept my item, so I lost cash with no help from Vinted. This is just another scam Vinted must fix and review their rules, or sellers will go somwhere else. I will use Ebay for selling now.

    Total lack of seller support !!! I've sent a product they lost it on the way and they simply abandoned me !!! P.S. This makes me think, where is my package ??? ...Did they deliver it and collect the money without depositing it to me ???
