They have lots of stuff similar to other places but way cheaper. Good customer service and delivery is super quick. Their return policy is great too.

Bought lots of items from Temu over the past year with my Nan and never had any trouble. Some of the things had poor quality but no big problems.

I ordered 4 products and unfortunately 1 came broken. I sent photos and within 10 minutes, they refunded me without asking to return the item.

А ті що приходили через Нову пошту кожна друга з раздавляними коробочками того, що міститься в пакеті. Спочатку думав що Тему висилає такі, але коли зміг кількісно порівняти трьох перевізників - то тепер на 100 відсотків впевнений, що проблема в Новій пошті!!! По якості самого товару - за ціну все окрім пару одиниць товару гарної якості. Я брав все зі скидками ---- НІЯКИХ подарунків принципово! (Подарунки тільки в мишеловці) Ніяких розсилок друзям (нехочу нікого нікуди втягувати). було пару речей які прийшли пошкодженими і не такими, як було обіцяно - за ті речі гроші мені повернули на карту Буду заказувати і далі, хотілось би ще якісь бонуси для оптових постійних клієнтів!!!

I like ordering from Temu because of the low prices and various discounts. The quality of the products is mostly good. You get what you pay for. Still, it’s better to buy directly from the original location than from the 'local' USA Temu. If you buy many items from the local store, your order arrives separately and from different places, arriving at various times. This means you end up with multiple tracking numbers and different delivery days/times. It can be annoying in many ways. So local ordering hasn’t been great for me. Thanks, Temu, for making my international orders easier. One package and one tracking number!!

i bought some stickers and posters to decorate my room, all the things arrived in about 2 weeks plus a few days. when they got here, the stickers were a bit bent because of the packaging. the app said the package was ready to be picked up, but it actually showed up 3 days later. other than that, i recomend this place but only for small stuff, not for anything important, since my mom ordered from here before and her things came broken or not working.

I always get my stuff in good shape. Delivery time is OK (about a week). Reviews on the app are nice cause I see the product in real life (through picture reviews). Measurements are great too. Some materials tho, are not what they say they are. There's some stuff that makes you sweat and stink more in your armpits :(. Overall tho, great experience using Temu.
