Because I forgot to update the address for my order

Because I forgot to update the address for my order (24 Feb), I contacted customer service right away, but I still haven't received my parcel...! They didn't respond to my email and sent it to the old address instead. I gave the correct address to SDA/poste.it, who was supposed to deliver it, but the parcel still hasn't arrived. I reached out to @Sunday Natural by email asking for help, but I haven't heard back from them....

I am happy with everything – quick delivery, everything done professionally. The only downside is that they don't ship to Bosnia and Herzegovina. They ship to all countries except Bosnia. I order vitamins for my father, who lives in Bosnia, on a regular basis. Since I live in Germany, we always have to send them to him separately. It would be great if they could start shipping to Bosnia so I could send them directly to him.

Sunday Natural is great when it comes to clear, strong and good Supplements. They have the most budget-friendly, pure and useful products I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot. They share so much detail about what’s inside each item, and the big Capsules/Powder Content always lasts 1-2 months, making it even more worth it. The products do amazing things, and I really tell everyone to try the Greens Powder. It gave me lots of energy, made me feel good and helped clean my body fast. The customer support is also amazing: Just a few days ago I placed a big order with a 10€ discount, and an hour later I got a 10% off code in my E-Mail. I wrote to support asking if they could use the code for my order since I only saw it later, and they just added it so I got an even better deal. Very nice products with a great balance of price and quality. The supplements I got arrived well packed in a dark glass bottle. The packaging looks nice, and I will use the bottle again after I finish all my capsuls. I bought Myo-Inositol btw. - seems to work fine so far :)

The delivery arrives from Germany to Switzerland in decent time and customer service is fast and helpful. I do wish they had customer reviews for each product on their site, though. It would provide useful information and be more transparent.

Die Auswahl und die Erklärungen

Die Auswahl und die Erklärungen sind wirklich gut, das hat mir gefallen. Bei den Multi-Wirkstoff-Produkten wirkt die Dosierung aber oft wenig sinnvoll, weil man erst mit 5 Kapseln oder mehr pro Tag auf eine vernünftige Menge kommt. Sinnvoller wären meiner Meinung nach weniger verschiedene Wirkstoffe pro Kapsel, dafür eine ausreichende Menge für vier Wochen und eine höhere Dosierung, damit man bessere Fortschritte erzielt. Die Monopräparate machen dagegen einen soliden bis sehr guten Eindruck, und dass die Kapselhülle aus Tapiokastärke besteht, hebt die Produkte klar von vielen anderen Supplementherstellern ab. Gerade für Menschen mit Darmteilresektionen oder exokriner Pankreasinsuffizienz ist das sehr wichtig.

Der Kundendienst wirkt leider ziemlich unseriös. Ich habe schon mehrfach Astaxanthin bei Sunday bestellt, aber bei einer Dose hatten die Kapseln eine ungewöhnliche gelb-grüne Farbe. Deshalb habe ich nachgefragt, ob das normal ist und die Qualität trotzdem in Ordnung sei. Zunächst kam zwar schon nach einem Tag eine Antwort, und nachdem ich Fotos geschickt hatte, wurde mein Anliegen an die Fachabteilung weitergeleitet mit dem Hinweis, dass ich in 5–7 Tagen eine Rückmeldung bekomme. Danach passierte aber nichts mehr. Nach drei Wochen habe ich noch einmal nachgehakt, wurde jedoch einfach ignoriert. Mittlerweile sind wieder drei Wochen vergangen und ich warte immer noch auf eine Antwort.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support, der nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch kompetent und zuverlässig ist und bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Mit dem Angebot und dem Service bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden, deshalb würde ich den Anbieter ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.
