Arvostelujen yhteenveto

4.8

96% arvioijista suosittelee ContactLens.com.

ContactLens.com reviews reveal an overwhelmingly positive customer experience, with the vast majority of users highlighting reliable service, consistently low prices, and fast shipping as standout advantages. Many long-term customers appreciate the straightforward website, easy reordering process, and clear communication regarding order status. Prescription verification and responsive customer service are frequently mentioned as strengths, with several reviewers noting helpful support even when delivery issues occurred. However, not all experiences are flawless; a small number of customers have reported serious order fulfillment errors, including receiving the wrong prescription and encountering unhelpful or even rude customer support in resolving these issues. Such negative experiences, though rare, raise concerns about how exceptional problems are handled. Overall, ContactLens.com appears to be a legitimate and cost-effective source for contact lenses, with strong performance in price and convenience, but potential buyers should be aware that customer service may not always meet expectations in complex situations.

Backorder update felt late

Got an email about a backorder a few days after I ordered. Accurate, but I wish it came sooner so I could plan. Lenses arrvied fine.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that an earlier backorder update would have helped you plan, and we're sorry for the delay. Toric lenses come in many combinations of prescription (powers, cylinder strengths, and axis), which can make it difficult to keep every variation in stock. We do our best to maintain availability and keep customers informed. For future orders, sending us a copy of your valid prescription when ordering can also help speed up the verification process. We appreciate your patience and your business.

Good deal, watch verification timing

Pricing beat my usual site and the order was easy. RX verification took a day longer than I hoped, and one email landed in spam. Support clarified it quickly. My lenses are correct powers and ship speed was fine after approval.

We’re glad you found a good deal with us and that everything arrived with the correct prescription. We’re sorry the verification took a little longer than expected, and that one of our emails ended up in spam. Many factors dictate how long the verification process takes however one easy way to speed things up is to send us your prescription when you place your order. That lets us complete the verification right away, confirm that the order was entered correctly, and get your lenses shipped without waiting. We’ll also securely keep your prescription on file for as long as it’s valid, so ordering again is even easier. Thanks again for giving us a try, and we hope we can earn that fifth star next time!

great prices no hidden fees

I have used contactlense.com for several years. I have to purchase lenses by 1 and 2 boxes at a time (not for a year). They offer good prices for the small order and the prie is what you pay. There is no purchase requirement for a lower price or hidden added fees that show up when you happen to notice at checkout. Shipment I choose is by mail that takes a couple of days but the order is sent out right away. Just allow a few days for delivery if you choose mail. I have had no problem at all. Make sure you order from the correct company when you open the website.

I really like that CLH offers a good range of high-quality colored contacts for hyperopia (+ prescriptions). The shipping came quickly, and the lenses felt comfy and look amazing.

I recently used a contact lens mail order service and was pleased

I recently used a contact lens mail order service and was pleased with the experience. The ordering was simple, and the lenses came quickly. They felt good to wear, and the clarity of my vision was great. The prices were fair as well. All in all, it's a practical and affordable option for my vision care.

Quick

Quick to order and my contacts arrived in a few days on time. Not much else to say, ordered and got my contacts fast. I'd recommend them. A lot cheaper than what I was quoted from eye doctor.

Consistently Great Service at a Fair Price

I’ve been ordering from ContactLens.com for a long time. The process from selecting my lenses to checkout, is straightforward. Always very good prices when comparing to other websites which is why I keep coming back. Shipping is fast and there is a quantity discount on my lenses so I get a lower price with free shipping. Another major bonus is the lack of any hidden fees, shop around for contacts and bit and you'll get a lot of real bait and switch pricing, so tired of it. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I’ve been buying my contact lenses from contactlens

I’ve been buying my contact lenses from contactlens for a few months now, and I’m pretty pleased with their service. The prices are usually lower than what I see at my eye doctor’s office, and they often have deals or special offers. Shipping is fast—I received my last order in just three days. The lenses are always well-sealed and fresh, just like you’d expect from a trustworthy company. Highly recommend if you want to save some money without giving up on quality!
